Chris Haase

2025 BOMA Spokane President

Haase Landscape, Inc

Members of BOMA Spokane,

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of you for your trust and confidence in my leadership. This is more than just a title; it is a responsibility that I take very seriously. As I embark on this journey, I am reminded of the core values that BOMA stands for: integrity, collaboration, and professionalism. These principles will guide our efforts as we continue to navigate the evolving landscape of the commercial real estate industry. Together, we face challenges and opportunities that require us to adapt and innovate.

My vision for our BOMA Spokane for 2025 is grounded in inclusion and engagement. I believe that every member brings unique skills and perspectives to the table. I am committed to fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute. Let’s work together to create programs and events that reflect the diverse interests and needs of our membership.
In the coming year, I would like us to focus on a few key areas:

  1. Education and Professional Development: We must prioritize continuing education to equip our members with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in our industry. I plan to introduce workshops and seminars that will create pathways for growth.

  2. Community Engagement: Our role extends beyond our chapter; we must actively participate in our communities. Let’s seek opportunities to give back and make a positive impact through outreach initiatives and partnerships.

  3. Advocacy: We will continue to be the voice of our industry, advocating for policies that support commercial real estate and the professionals within it. Together, we can make a difference and ensure our concerns are heard on both local, state and national levels.

  4. Networking and Collaboration: I encourage all members to connect with one another, share experiences, and collaborate on projects. There is immense value in building relationships within our community.

As we embark on this journey together, I invite each of you to share your ideas and feedback. My door is always open, and I believe that together we can achieve great things. I am excited about what lies ahead and confident that, with your support, we will make BOMA Spokane stronger than ever. Thank you for this incredible opportunity. Let’s work together to create a vibrant and successful BOMA Spokane that we can all be proud of. Thank you!

Sincerely,

Chris Haase
