Legislative Committee

The Legislative Committee is responsible for communicating to the Board of Directors and the general membership any legislative issues affecting the commercial real estate industry at the Federal, State and local levels. If any issues require attention, the committee shall recommend a course of action to the Board of Directors and general membership.
The committee also helps guide individual members who wish to become more involved in an issue to take action through the proper channels.This committee meets at various times throughout the year and when relevant issues arise.The committee coordinates an annual trip to meet with State legislators in Olympia
